Flexible Working:

  • 3 days in the office + 2 days work from anywhere (role dependent).

Holiday:

  • 24 days + 1 day for every year that you’ve worked at WARP
    over 2 years (max of 5 additional days)
  • + 3 days between Christmas & NY for office closure
  • You also have the option to buy an additional 5 days,
    so you can guarantee that extra time off if you need it.
  • Other time off compassionate leave + summer Fridays.
